You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Site or these Site Terms shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
21. Termination
    Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, Fox Digital SEO Firm reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Site, and to block or prevent your access to and use of the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Premium Service subscriptions will only be terminated by Fox Digital SEO Firm if your payment method fails, your account is past due, you breach this agreement, and fail to cure such breach within ten (10) days of Fox Digital SEO Firm’s notice to you thereof, or Fox Digital SEO Firm discontinues offering such Premium Service.
22. Severability
    If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Site Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

In the event of a chargeback, we are allowed to contact your clients and let them know and start negative SEO on your website or websites in the amount of the chargeback.  If we win in court and get the money back that was chargeback we are not liable for the negative SEO or harmful SEO that you are purchasing when the chargeback starts.  A chargeback means you are purchasing a negative SEO service for the website you signed up for.  It does not mean anything else and we are not liable for any harm done to the website since you signed up for our services.
